Day 1

Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park

Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Kigali to Nyungwe Forest National Park, located in the southwest of Rwanda. As you journey through the lush countryside, enjoy the breathtaking views of rolling hills and tea plantations. On arrival, check into your accommodation and unwind after the drive.

Day 2

Chimpanzee Tracking & Canopy Walk

After an early breakfast, head to the forest for a Chimpanzee Tracking briefing. Then, venture into Nyungwe’s lush forest, following the calls and movements of these playful primates. After the trek, enjoy a Canopy Walk—a thrilling 50-meter-high bridge suspended in the trees, offering stunning views of the rainforest below.

Day 3

Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Day 4

Once found, you’ll spend an unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat, capturing beautiful moments. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in Rwandan culture with a visit to Iby’iwacu Cultural Village.

Day 5

Hiking Mount Karisimbi

Day 6

Summit, Descend, and Return to Kigali

Begin your final ascent to Mount Karisimbi’s summit, where the views are nothing short of spectacular. After taking in the breathtaking landscapes, descend and meet your driver. Enjoy a late lunch on the way back to Kigali, where your adventure ends. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel or Kigali International Airport.
