Itinerary

Day 1

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins as you depart Arusha and head to the stunning Tarangire National Park, known for its dramatic landscapes and majestic baobab trees. Tarangire is home to one of the largest elephant populations in Tanzania, and it’s not uncommon to spot lions, zebras, giraffes, and wildebeest along the way. Enjoy a full day of game viewing, then relax at your lodge as the African sun sets over the savannah.

Day 2

Tarangire Area – Lake Natron

After breakfast, journey northeast toward the striking and remote landscapes of Lake Natron. This region offers otherworldly scenery, with lava fields, waterfalls, and the dramatic Ol Doinyo Lengai volcano in the background. Visit the lake’s edge to see thousands of pink flamingos feeding in the shallow waters. In the evening, you can take a short walk to nearby waterfalls for a refreshing dip before settling in for a peaceful night under the stars.

Day 3

Lake Natron – Serengeti National Park

Set off early for a scenic drive into the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you’ll pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you may spot wildlife even before entering the Serengeti. Day 4

Serengeti National Park Safari

Day 5

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Mto wa Mbu – Arusha

After a leisurely breakfast, take time to explore Mto wa Mbu’s vibrant local markets or join a short cultural tour. Then, drive back to Arusha where your safari concludes — taking with you memories to last a lifetime.
