Itinerary

Day 1

NAIROBI TO HOTEL

Pick up from the airport and transfer to the Kempinski Hotel. The rest of the day can be spent relaxing, or you can take a look around the city.

Day 2

NAIROBI TO OL PEJETA

After breakfast you will depart from your hotel and drive to Ol Pejeta Bush Camp. You will spend the day spotting wildlife and visiting the famous Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary. You can also visit the black rhino sanctuary, where Ol Pejeta is doing fantastic work to protect and conserve these amazing beasts.

Dinner and overnight at Sweetwater’s Camp.

Day 3

FLY TO MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

After breakfast, drive to Nanyuki Airstrip and take a flight to Masai Mara. On arrival at the airstrip, you will be met & welcomed by your safari guide at 11:00 am, onward game-drive-road transfer to Karen Blixen Camp (-/+ 45 minutes at game drive speed); camp briefing with welcome drink by camp manager; time to settle in; delectable 3 course lunch with fine house wine. After/during afternoon tea, your guide will cover your safari itinerary and activities again – the opportunity to change activities and add optional activities.

Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Serena Lodge.

Day 4

FULL DAY MAASAI MARA

Full-day migration exploration safari, Masai Mara National Reserve or Mara Triangle, with picnic hamper.

Day 5

FULL DAY MAASAI MARA

Morning game drive to world-renowned ‘Leopard Gorge’, made famous by the BBC Big Cat Diary. Before or after lunch, there is time for a camp eco-walk, a swim, armchair game-viewing with drinks or why not book a spa treatment or a visit to our Masai Manyatta.

Day 6

MAASAI MARA-FLY TO NAIROBI THEN DRIVE TO AMBOSELI

Depending on time of your air charter departure, opportunity for optional activities such as Nature Walk, Game Walk, Camp Eco Walk (free) or another spa treatment. Depart from Mara, arriving at Wilson Airport at 11 am ready to be taken to Amboseli by the driver guide.

FULL DAY AMBOSELI

AMBOSELI-NAIROBI
