Itinerary

Day 1

MOMBASA – TSAVO EAST – AMBOSELI

Starts From/Returns to Mombasa, Kilifi, Bamburi & North Coast beach areas. We’ll pick you up from your hotel or resort.

These are two of Kenya’s favorite parks, so join us on this fun safari tour from the beach. In just a few hours you can be standing on the great plains of Tsavo East Park, watching elephants and other big game emerge from the bush. Then you’ll travel to the foot of world-famous Mt. Kilimanjaro at Amboseli Park, for another 2 days of rich game viewing. This is a short but active safari with lots to see.

Tsavo East National Park is Kenya’s largest park and home to tales of fierce lions. There is so much wildlife to experience on its wild and rugged expanse. Breaking up this red dirt savannah is the Galana River cutting through the park with its line of rich green foliage. Other watering holes in the park will offer us more opportunities to view elephant, buffalo, ostrich and baboon.

Amboseli National Park is Kenya’s second most popular park. Some say it’s because of the massive herds of elephants found here, others say the park’s smaller size affords active wildlife spotting. And you just may be entranced at the magnificent form of Kilimanjaro watching over us. You’re sure to have your favorites, so let us know how you’d like your safari customized for you. Your 3-Day Tsavo East/Amboseli safari includes park entrance fees, game drives, accommodations and meals.

For your 3-day journey you’ll be guided, hosted and looked after by your own experienced driver/guide.

Transportation between parks and game viewing will be in a private 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep – this vehicle is the safari standard with its higher seating and rugged all-wheel drive.
